(Juniors, Intermediate) The team with the best regular season record in inter-league play will be declared the division winner. Northwood division winners will earn a spot on our Wall of Fame.

(Majors, AAA, AA) The team with the best regular season record will be declared the division winner, and earn a spot on our Wall of Fame. In case of ties, the NWLL tiebreaker rules will determine the final order of finish. 

(A Ball, Rookie, Tee Ball, Ice Cream) All teams in these divisions will receive participation trophies at the end of the season. 

(Majors) The Majors teams will compete in a best of 3 game series to determine a NWLL Tournament winner. The first place and second place teams will receive medals. The tournament winner will receive a spot on our Wall of Fame.

(AAA, AA) Starting in May, each upper division will compete in a double elimination tournament to determine a tournament champion. The seeding will be by order of finish in the regular season. The first place and second place teams in each division tournament will receive medals. The tournament winner will receive a spot on our Wall of Fame.

(A Ball, Rookie, Tee Ball) Starting in May, these divisions will play in a double-elimination NWLL Tournament. Seeds will be assigned randomly.  The first place and second place teams in each division tournament will receive medals. The tournament winner will receive a spot on our Wall of Fame.

(Majors, AAA, AA) After the conclusion of the NWLL Tournament, these upper divisions will play a series of pool  games against each other and teams from Irvine Ranch Little League, to determine which teams will play for the Irvine City Championship Tournament (ICCT). In Majors, the top 8 teams in pool play will play in the ICCT. In AAA, the top 4 teams in pool play will participate. In AA, the top 6 teams in pool play will compete. The ICCT will be a single elimination tournament. The final two teams in each division will receive medals. Tournament winners will be added to the ICCT tournament trophy, and Northwood tournament winners will be added to our Wall of Fame. 

(Juniors, Intermediate, Majors, AAA, AA) The Tournament of Champions (TOC) is a single elimination tournament between the top teams from leagues within District 55 (i.e. Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, etc).  D55 will allow the top team in Juniors, Intermediate, Majors, AAA and AA as determined by regular season record to compete in the TOC. 

Rules for TOC play differ from the regular season rules in effect in NWLL. As such, umpires, managers, coaches, scorekeepers and tournament directors must undergo mandatory training. 

This year, Northwood Little League will be choosing a number of All-Star teams to compete against the best players in other leagues within District 55. The teams are organized by age group:

• 12/13/14 Junior
• 11/12/13 Intermediate
• 10/11/12 Little League All Stars (Majors)
• 9/10/11 All Stars
• 8/9/10 All Stars
• 8/9 SmallStars

District 55's 2024 All-Star tournaments will be held from mid-June to mid-July, exact dates TBD. Teams that win their district tournament will go on to sectional tournaments later in July, and possibly on to state and regional tournaments. Little League All-Star play culminates in the Little League World Series for the Little League (Majors) division in August.
